As most of you know, Jillibean Soup is one of my favoritest manufacturers in the universe. This layout is all Jillibean, except for the glittery 'muffins' portion of my title. Those are from the Dollar Store! (Also, the button is from a stash that I stole from my mom- the majority of the buttons in my stash belonged, at one time, to my paternal grandmother.
Aren't the colors yummy? I wanted to pick up the blue, green and purple in Maren's shirt, and the patterned paper in the background was perfect. Nothing could have worked better. The small yellow strip at the bottom of the photo mat is a scrap from the True Friends collection that I was finally able to use up, as was the blue punched border at the top of the photo mat. Though, that's Recollections card stock.
Mmm. Love. I think I may have to send this one off to Canadian Scrapbooker. Ever submitted anything to a magazine?
I blew this picture up to 8x10 because its a milestone that the kids finally reached. Their first Christmas, we missed Santa by a weekend, and their next Christmas, poor Maren was sick. I didn't want her to miss out on having a picture taken without her sister. So, we waited. Third times the charm!!
